Month of May Survey - What your power usage?
This month the survey I would like to conduct is What is your output power usage when operating HF?
If you are class B licence, let me see your power.
I have found another innovative way to have the poll stick to my side bar. Thanks to Nuffnang for providing this service.
This way you don't have to roll down the screen to search where is the poll. This is more convenient for my readers.
This survey will end month of May.
Go ahead and vote. Any comment do drop at comment area.
Many thanks for the support.
Again this survey is for my own interest.

Malaysia Class B holder favourite band Survey - Closed
The survey conducted HERE for my own interested. Conducted from early of April till end of April and is officially closed.
And the result is obviously according to what my mind all the while thinking about Malaysia Class B licence holder.
2Meter is still favourable band to work with.
10M is almost on par with 2M, I have seen and worked with them on 10M. Few of Class B licence holder are exploring 10Meter together with me. I seen more of Class B - 9W2 callsign appear more in DX cluster than before.
6M band is the 3rd favourite band. I would love to know who vote this band as your favourite band do email to me, I would like to know your setup. We can work on this band.
70cm band is the last favourite band to work with - I believe this is more on Satellite communication. Or don't know about what is 70cm is -well is 430Mhz.
Final Result
Total vote casted: 22 Votes
1. 2M - 55%
2. 10M - 27%
3. 6M - 14%
4. 70cm - 5%
Stay tune for my another survey.

Power Supply Arrived - Alinco DM-330MV
I posted here about new purchase power supply and is finally arrive my hand today. This power supply came from the Land of Rising Sun. Above small picture has being unviel with big box handed over to me by 9M2WZI Arai-san.
Alinco DM-330MV

Nicely packaging of Power supply and manual.
The manual come with Japanese and English version, no problem to those ain't know about Japanese Langauges just like me.
Closer view of front panel
The front panel has multiply output power. A cigarette plug with 10A max. 2 snap in output terminal with 5A max each. Switchable of Voltage or Ampere indication on the meter. This unit come with noise offset to eliminate the pulse noise of the switching circuit.
Closer look at the back 32A output connector
Nothing much at the back panel.
Small and portable to bring anyway. However Japan uses 120V and the power socket can be use in land with 220V and has to be use adapter.
If you purchase this model DM-330MV, it will automatically set it to run under 120V, those who use 220V like me, you have to switch internally to run under 220V.
There is hidden switch inside the circuit board for you to tweak the voltage input.
But I don't know why they design it hidden rather then put outside the casing for easy changeable voltage selector, that will definitely safe time on opening the top casing.
Short review, good power supply. Doesn't burn my wallet getting it from the Land of Rising Sun.
